We should be about more than just selling chicken. We should be a part of our customers’ lives and the communities in which we serve.

Why we're closed on Sundays

Our founder, Truett Cathy, made the decision to close on Sundays in 1946 when he opened his first restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia. Having worked seven days a week in restaurants open 24 hours, Truett saw the importance of closing on Sundays so that he and his employees could set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose - a practice we uphold today.

EMPLOYMENT

We’re looking for individuals who want to be a part of something bigger and to leave people better than they found them. Our team is the heartbeat of our restaurant. And that’s why we are more than just a restaurant. Our team is why our guests love us and come back. They’re the ones that remember your name and ask you how your week has been. No matter their title, no matter their job, everything they do is what makes up the Chick-fil-A that our community loves. When you come to work with us, we make you a promise. That promise is to be Better Bosses for our team, help you have a Brighter Future, and have a Brighter Vision of our work in our community.

We are avid about investing into our team and raising them up to be strong leaders. We believe that it’s about more than creating successes in the now but it’s about laying the groundwork that will create reliable and passionate leaders in the future in the culinary or hospitality industries.
